Session Payment | The payment for your session is due at the time of booking your session.
Rescheduling Your Session | Sessions can be rescheduled anytime up to one week before your session date.
Canceling Your Session | Sessions can be cancelled anytime up to one week before your session date and you will receive a full refund. Sessions cancelled the week of the session will not receive a refund, as the photographer will have already been paid for reserving the day for your session.

How Pictures are Delivered | You will receive an email with a link to your password to your private, password protected, beautiful online gallery. Pictures can be downloaded to your computer/s with one click. You will also be able to access your pictures on any mobile device. Pictures are copyright released and will be available online for 1 year.
Ordering Prints | There is a shopping cart available through your gallery. Professional prints, metal and canvas wall portraits, as well as, traditional retouching and coffee table albums, are available to order through the gallery.
Enhanced Pictures | All pictures are edited for look/feel, exposure, brightness, contrast, and other effects. Traditional Retouching is also available to order through your online gallery.
Traditional Retouching | Traditional retouching can be added to any picture in your gallery though the shopping cart. Traditional retouching is blending of skin tones, the removal of blemishes & fly away hairs, and the softening of laugh lines. Extensive retouching is also available. Inquire within for extensive retouching.
High Resolution Files | All sessions include the high resolution picture files. The pictures are copyright released.
Online Gallery | The session includes a beautiful, private, password protected gallery for viewing and downloading your high resolution picture files. It is accessible with any device. You can share your gallery access information with family to download pictures for free. There is also a shopping cart available to order professional prints, metal and canvas wall portraits, and our popular Yearly Coffee Table Album.
Prints | We are a client of the preeminent photography laboratory in the USA. Our pictures are printed by artists on archival papers through chemicals, rather than by machines and ink jet printers found at amateur labs such as Costco and Shutterfly. Another benefit of using a professional lab is that they do not auto-correct the sharpness and color of our picture files leading to unflattering over – sharpened or blurry pictures with discoloring of skin tones.
