We shoot, produce, and edit the video in keeping with our style of quality and craft using our own creative vision and interpretation of the vibe the wedding day.  

Treelite Films shooting and editing style is unique. The client acknowledges that our style will not be altered to match the style of another shooting or editing style. 

The complimentary 1 minute teaser included in base packages will be delivered in approximately 2-3 weeks after the wedding date.

The 7 & 12 minute video in base packages will be delivered in approximately 1 - 2 months after the wedding date.

The Works Package and Full Length Reception and/or Reception Formalities video will be delivered in approximately 2-3 months after the wedding date. 

Using copyrighted music is illegal. Social media and video hosting companies many block copyrighted music. Therefore, music used within videos will be a song or songs selected by Treelite Films. 

We offer two styles of wedding videography packages: Cinematic Videography Packages (Like a movie/music video with short clips & motion) and our new Oh, Heck Yeah Documentary Videography (Like a documentary home video/stationary/longer clips). One and two videographer packages are available.

Cinematic Videography

Cinematic Videography: Creative techniques are utilized, with camera movements similar in style to a movie or music video for many scenes within cinematic videography. Some scenes, such as preparation, wedding party, and bride and groom, are directed by the videographer/s. Some of the day is also captured in a documentary (fly-on-the-wall) style, allowing moments to occur naturally.

Cinematic Videography Raw/Uncut Footage: Raw footage is included in each videography package. It is delivered on a solid state external drive. The raw footage from the one camera and two camera Cinematic Videography Base Packages will include an array of short cinematic clips of footage that will be used for creating the cinematic video. There will be some longer documentary style footage, but for the most part, it will be rather quick, short, sequences that will later add up to create your cinematic video.

Important -The rather quick, short, sequences utilized for cinematic coverage is filmed at a frame rate that allows the footage to be slowed down to create artistic, captivating videos. Many videographers do not turn over their raw footage for cinematic coverage as couples may not understand this and expect documentary style, long clips. Please do not expect documentary style raw footage when ordering cinematic coverage. Raw Footage is not a complete product. Editing and preparation will be required, hence the term “raw.”

Polished Raw Footage: The raw footage will be processed to a general use file for viewing. The footage will be clipped together into one long video. Think home video style.

Important - The professionally recorded audio will not be applied to the raw footage.

Cinematic Videography Audio: Professional audio recording is included in Cinematic Videography packages. Only The Works Videography Package and Base Packages that have Full Ceremony and Reception Formalities add-ons will receive a video in which the professional audio has been fully applied to the related footage. For Base Packages, the professionally recorded audio may only briefly be used within the 7 minutes video included in the package.

Full Ceremony and Reception Formalities | Add-ons to Base Packages

Full Ceremony and/or Full Reception Formality footage can be added to the Base Packages before the wedding date. We would need to know prior to the wedding day, if you would like to add Full Ceremony and/or Reception Formality footage, as this will alter the methodology and strategies used to capture a combination of documentary and cinematic style that enables us to encapsulates the entire ceremony. In addition to the 7 minutes video included in the package, there will be a second video that is approximately 30 to 60 minutes in length (depending on the length of the ceremony and reception events) that features the entire ceremony and all formalities of the reception from start to finish with the professional audio recording applied.

Oh, Heck Yeah! Candid Wedding Videography (OHY)

OHY Videography: The day will be captured in a documentary style (fly-on-the-wall only, allowing moments to occur naturally).Camera movements similar in style to a movie or music video will not occur. This is not cinematic style videography. Scenes will not be directed by the videographer. Think home video vibes.

OHY Raw/Uncut Footage: Raw/uncut footage is included in the OHY package. It is delivered on a solid state external drive. The raw/uncut footage will include an array of longer documentary style footage and some shoot clips,

OHY Videography Audio: Audio will be from in camera audio recording.
